We strive to
get all orders shipped to our customers as fast as
possible. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24
hours unless we are temporarily out of an item that you
have ordered. We ask that you
allow 5-7 days from the date of your
order for us to get it from our facility to you.
If you have placed an order less than 7 days
ago, please allow until that time for your order to be
delivered. If your order has not been received and it
has been more than 7 days since you
placed your order, please fill out the form below and we
will let you know the status of your order. An online
tracking or shipment number is always sent to the email listed on
your order. If you do not regularly check that email,
please check to see if a shipment notification has
already been sent. Many times these notifications
are trapped or rejected by SPAM filters.
